Found a placed cache had been muggled today. I was able to retrieve the logbook, a stretchy frog and MD geocache license plate to put into another cache.
I think it was eaten by a fox.
Went looking in the few spare minutes I had today for cache GCKMCN "North Carroll Micro", however cache is located outside police facility and there was a crime scene team working at their van, literally a few feet from the cache. I'll head back later to make the cache and dash!

If there's one thing I've learned, it's you can never really plan a geocache outing. Today I picked up 'lil sarge from the grandparents, and on the way home we planned on hitting at least 5 caches along the route. We ended up only seeking two, and finding one. We found GC199B9 "Cape Horn One" by RazorRocket, and searched for GC17JRA "Ta-BuL cRaZy", also by Razor Rocket, and both in Cape Horn Park. "Cape Horn One" was relatively easy, though it required some bushwhacking through patches of poison ivy. 'Lil Sarge took a spongebob toy and left a toy dinosaur as swag. But, the remainder of the evening was spent searching for the other cache. I think I know where it might be now, but the GPS kept pointing us to a tree with a hollow, which had nothing. The cache name is a clue "Ta-BuL" - this is a picnic area in the woods. The cache must be a micro hidden on one of the tables.
So, that last cache we looked around for about two hours and it started getting dark so we bagged the rest and headed home.
We're going back on Sunday probably - and also will hide a cache there, along with another cache at Prettyboy reservior.
I must say the best part of geocaching is spending time with 'lil Sarge. :)

Finished making two caches that I hope to go hide tomorrow. I found a couple of flip top♠ mini bait boxes at Wal Mart, and snagged a few to make caches with. I also bought some camo duct tape at Dick's sporting goods, and wrapped them up to hide a bit better. I've made a custom "Another Cache by SgtBaxter" plaque to go in them, similar to my forum sigs, and it has my forum avatar on it as well. These boxes aren't really swag friendly, although they will easily take geocoins or tracker bugs. I've placed plastic fish worms and smiley bobbers in the one I plan to hide at the reservoir.
I'm taking the bass boat out for the first time this year on Prettyboy reservoir, and I'll hide one there. I already know the spot and have it saved in the GPS. It's kind of close to the first cache I have hidden, but it's a really cool spot. The other one will be hidden at a local park, which will be a very easy find - however it could potentially take an hour or so before the spot is muggle free. Can't wait, although it could take a few hours just to be able to stash it.
